Calls Are Prepaid Through Your Wallet Balance

callers.io operates on a prepaid model. You fund your wallet inside the platform, and credits are deducted as you receive inbound calls.

How the Payment Model Works

To receive calls:

  1. Log into your callers.io account.
  2. Navigate to your wallet or billing section.
  3. Add funds (top up your balance).
  4. Set your status to available.

As you take inbound calls, credits are automatically deducted from your wallet balance.

There are:

  • No subscriptions
  • No long-term contracts
  • No post-call invoicing

You control how much you fund.

Minimum Balance Requirement

To continue receiving calls, you must maintain a minimum wallet balance of $22.50.

  • If your balance stays above $22.50 → Calls continue routing.
  • If your balance drops below $22.50 → Calls automatically pause.
  • Once you top up again → Calls resume.

This system ensures uninterrupted call flow while maintaining billing accuracy.

Why the Prepaid Model Is Used

The prepaid structure ensures:

  • Transparent billing
  • Accurate per-call deduction
  • Controlled spend
  • No unexpected charges

You only pay for delivered inbound calls.
