Do I have to be on the site to receive calls?

To receive incoming calls on callers.io, log in from a desktop or laptop. When someone sees the ad and calls, it routes through a web-based phone tool that appears on your My Phone page.

How Call Delivery Works

callers.io uses a browser-based softphone integrated into the platform. To receive calls, follow these steps:

Log into your account.
Go to the “My Phone” page.
Click on Start Session.

Calls do not go through personal cell lines.

Once set up, incoming calls will come directly to your online phone. After powering on, you’ll receive calls through your browser instantly.

Can I Use a Mobile Phone?

No. Callers.io is designed for laptop or desktop use. This ensures:

Better audio quality
Stable connectivity
Accurate call tracking and billing

Without logging in to your callers.io account and starting your session, calls won’t come through. Each session needs a fresh login to connect.

Success in inbound calls, particularly in insurance, relies on volume. We recommend staying available consistently. Judging by a few calls or one time period won't give you the whole picture. Showing up consistently can significantly influence your results.
