Referral and Discount Codes Must Be Entered During Sign-Up

Referral or discount codes must be entered at the time of account creation. The code field is available during the sign-up process.

Where to Enter the Code

When creating your callers.io account:

1. Go to the sign-up page.
2. Complete your basic registration details.
3. Locate the Referral Code field.
4. Enter your referral or discount code.
5. Submit your registration.

The code must be entered during this step to be applied properly.

Important Notes

• Referral or discount codes cannot typically be applied after the account has already been created.
• Make sure the code is entered correctly before submitting your registration.
• Confirm with the referring party if you are unsure of the code format.

After Registration

Once your account is created:

• Log in from a desktop or laptop.
• Fund your wallet.
• Turn on your softphone.
• Set your status to available.
